How do I book a session?
Simply click here or use any “Book Now” or “Sessions” button. You’ll be taken to a page listing all available appointment types.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, start by scheduling a complimentary 20-minute consultation so we can discuss your goals and determine the best fit. If you’d like a QHHT session, book the 20 minute consultation so we may discuss the location.
Once you’ve chosen your session type, you’ll be directed to my booking calendar to select your preferred date and time. Please note, you MUST schedule a 20 minute consultation prior to attempting to book a QHHT session, which is in person.
For all other appointments, after the calendar you’ll complete your payment through PayPal or Stripe, both of which accept all major credit cards.
What Is Transform Hypnosis™?
Transform Hypnosis™ is my personally created healing modality. It is a blend of the most powerful elements of Quantum Healing Hypnosis™, Beyond Quantum Healing™, and Transformational Hypnosis—combined with my intuitive channeling, with a little angel healing and Akashic Records work incorporated.
Each session—offered in person or via Zoom—guides you into the theta brainwave state, the same deeply relaxed state experienced in meditation or just before sleep. In this state, you can uncover root causes, access higher wisdom, and experience profound physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. I also invite higher beings, loved ones (including pets), and archangels, guides, and other high vibrational energies to assist in your healing, release, cutting cords, understanding soul contracts, releasing past lives, and healing physical, mental and spiritual voids, scars, and attachments. This modality offers clients full access to all necessary work that will serve the client at that time.
Anyone with the desire to explore and grow can reach this state—it’s simply a matter of allowing yourself to go there.
What Does It Feel Like to Be Hypnotized?
Being hypnotized feels deeply peaceful and relaxing. You’ll remain aware and able to speak with me throughout the session. The key is to simply relax and allow the experience to unfold—there’s no need to try to control it. I guide you; I never control you.
During trance, you’ll feel safe and comfortable. External sounds fade into the background and won’t disturb you. Sometimes, your conscious mind may whisper, “This isn’t working.” That’s completely normal—it’s just your mind trying to stay in charge of something new. The best approach is to acknowledge it and let it pass.
Hypnosis feels wonderful—like resting in that calm space between wakefulness and sleep. It’s a powerful state where your mind opens to insight, clarity, and healing that were once out of reach.
Understanding Brainwave States
Our brains operate at different frequencies depending on our level of awareness. My hypnosis work takes place in the Theta state—where the conscious mind relaxes, and the subconscious becomes accessible.
Awake and Alert:
Beta (14–30 Hz): Normal waking consciousness—thinking, problem-solving, and conversation.
Alpha (8–13 Hz): Light relaxation—daydreaming, meditating, or drifting toward sleep.
Deep Relaxation and Sleep:
Theta (4–8 Hz): Deep meditation and hypnosis. Creativity, intuition, and healing are most active here.
Delta (0.5–4 Hz): Deep sleep where the body restores and regenerates.
Heightened Awareness:
Gamma (30+ Hz): Linked to insight, spiritual awareness, and peak mental performance.
In the Theta state, you remain conscious yet deeply relaxed—able to release old patterns, access hidden memories, and receive powerful healing. It’s completely safe, natural, and guided by your Higher Self.
Both Transform Hypnosis™ and QHHT™ facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing within this state. Sessions typically last at least four hours, though time passes quickly. Each begins with an in-depth interview so I can fully understand your goals and tailor the experience for the highest level of healing possible. The interview is approximately 2 hours long and the hypnosis session can last from 2-3 hours.
What Can I Expect During My Transform Hypnosis™ Session?
After our interview, we’ll take a short break so you can get comfortable. Sessions are done lying down or in a reclined position—whatever helps you fully relax. We’ll begin by setting an intention for your highest and best outcome.
From there, I’ll gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state using visualization and sensory cues. You’ll embark on a journey through time and space—exploring memories, lifetimes, or experiences that hold meaning for your current path. During this process, I’ll ask questions to help you access your higher self and uncover the wisdom it holds.
You’ll awaken from your session feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed—often with a deeper sense of peace and understanding.
Why Is the Interview Important?
When I connect with your higher self, I want to be fully equipped to gather the most meaningful information for you. The more I learn about you during our interview, the deeper I can go in retrieving insight and guidance from your higher self.
This conversation also helps me tap into my own intuition—allowing me to expand on your questions and uncover layers you might not have realized were there. It’s how I make sure we explore every avenue of healing, understanding, and transformation available to you.
How Do I Prepare for My Transform Hypnosis™ Session?
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a link with your preparation instructions. You’ll find it on the confirmation page as well as in your confirmation email. If you miss it, no problem—just reach out and I’ll resend it.
Here’s the easy part:
Eat, drink, and take any prescribed medications as you normally would. Do not consume alcohol or any mind-altering substances for at least 24 hours before your session. Dress comfortably, wear warm socks, and have a cozy blanket nearby. Your body temperature naturally drops as you enter the theta state, so comfort is key. If possible, it’s best to be hypnotized in your bed or another comfortable space where you can fully relax.
Now, your homework:
The preparation guide will ask you to come up with about 12 questions you’d like answered during your session. More is fine—we’ll cover as many as we can. If you have fewer than 12, don’t worry. I’ll help you expand your list during our pre-session interview so you can experience the deepest level of insight and healing possible.
“I’m not able to be hypnotized — how can it work for me?”
Everyone can be hypnotized. The difference lies in how easily someone allows their mind to relax and let go of control. Some personalities naturally resist at first—and that’s okay. There’s always a way to guide you into the state where true transformation happens.
No two people enter hypnosis the same way, and part of my skill is finding the approach that works best for you.
If you’ve ever driven a long stretch of road and suddenly realized you don’t remember the last few miles—that’s hypnosis. It’s a natural state your mind already knows how to enter. Even television puts us there; that’s why they call it “programming.”
What About QHHT™ (Quantum Healing Hypnosis) Sessions?
QHHT™, developed by the late Dolores Cannon, must be conducted in person. I offer these sessions on a limited basis, and we’ll need to talk first to ensure it’s the right fit for you. Please schedule a complimentary consultation so we can discuss your goals and the logistics.
A QHHT session begins with a two-hour, in-depth interview where I take the time to get to know you and understand your journey. From there, I use Dolores Cannon’s exact induction method to guide you into a deep trance state—where you can access past lives, gain insight into current life challenges, receive profound healing, and connect directly with the wisdom of your Higher Self.
These immersive sessions last at least four hours for the interview as well as the hypnosis.
What Does a 90-Minute Intuitive Coaching Session Include?
My 90 minute session is a deep, conversational exploration. You bring what you’re seeking clarity about—whether it’s a life situation, relationship, decision, or recurring pattern—and we begin there. I channel my higher self and a collective of nine high vibrational beings who offer insight beyond what we can see or know consciously. Through me, they share guidance and truth around your questions, revealing the root causes and next steps for your highest good. From there, I offer grounded solutions and energetic perspectives to help you move forward. The session may include insights from past lives, energetic connections with others, or soul-level information relevant to your present experience.
What is the role of the subconscious mind in hypnosis and healing?
Your subconscious mind is not mystical. It is mechanical, protective, and incredibly powerful. It runs the majority of your life. It controls:
Your habits
Your emotional triggers
Your stress responses
Your beliefs about yourself
Your automatic behaviors
Even many physical processes in the body
If you’re reacting before you think… that’s subconscious.
If you keep repeating a pattern you consciously want to stop… that’s subconscious.
If your body tightens, flares up, or shuts down under stress… that’s subconscious.
Think of your conscious mind as the driver.
Your subconscious is the operating system.
By age seven, most of your core programming is already installed. Messages about worth, safety, money, love, authority, health — they go in early. After that, your subconscious filters reality through those programs.
It doesn’t decide what’s true.
It protects what it believes is true.
So if somewhere inside you learned:
“I have to struggle.”
“I’m not safe.”
“I have to control everything.”
“I’m not enough.”
Your subconscious will quietly create experiences that reinforce that belief — not to sabotage you, but to keep your internal world consistent. Consistency feels safe to the nervous system.
Holistic healing recognizes something most surface-level approaches ignore:
The body listens to the subconscious.
Chronic stress, suppressed emotion, long-term resentment, unresolved trauma — these aren’t just psychological. They influence the nervous system, inflammation patterns, hormone regulation, digestion, immune response.
