What is QHHT? 

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was perfected by the late Dolores Cannon. Sessions are performed in person only. The session  begins with an in depth interview after which I will be guiding you into a relaxed trance state by asking you to visualize different things.  Following are the main states of consciousness, often measured by brainwave patterns:

Awake and Alert States:

  • Beta (14-30 Hz) - Your normal waking consciousness when you're focused, thinking, problem-solving, or having conversations. This is where you spend most of your day.

  • Alpha (8-13 Hz) - A relaxed, calm state. You're awake but not actively concentrating - like when you're daydreaming, meditating lightly, or in that peaceful moment right before sleep.

Deeper Relaxed States:

  • Theta (4-8 Hz) - Deep relaxation and meditation. This is where creativity flows, memories surface easily, and the mind is most open to suggestion and healing. It's the state often reached in hypnosis and deep meditation.

  • Delta (0.5-4 Hz) - Deep sleep and unconsciousness. Your body does its most important healing and regeneration here.

Special States:

  • Gamma (30+ Hz) - Associated with heightened awareness, insight, and moments of "aha!" understanding. Some researchers link this to spiritual experiences and peak mental performance.

The theta state is particularly important for hypnotherapy because your conscious mind relaxes its usual filters, making you more receptive to positive suggestions and able to access deeper parts of your psyche where lasting change can occur. It's like having a direct conversation with your subconscious mind.

This is why theta level hypnosis can be so effective - you're in that sweet spot where you're deeply relaxed but still aware, making it easier to create new patterns of thinking and behavior.

As you settle into the theta/Somnambulistic state (which is a state you enter right before you fall asleep and right before you awaken) you are able to access parts of your mind that are not able to be accessed in a normal waking state.  It is not dangerous, it is not scary.  It is safe and you are always protected.   

QHHT allows physical, emotional and spiritual healing to take place. Sessions are at least four hours, which may sound like a lot, but it goes by quickly. There is a two hour interview that allows me to get to know you. I learn about physical issues, growing up, friends and relatives, jobs, and anything else that comes to mind. I am trained to listen for cues that allow me to address situations during the two hour hypnosis session to achieve the highest levels of healing available to you. I do not place time limits on our time together—it takes as long as it takes.

What is Transform Hypnosis™?

Transform Hypnosis (TH) is my signature approach  blending traditional hypnosis with channeled intuitive guidance. Every session is tailored specifically to you and where you are in your healing process right now.

Whether we meet in person or connect through Zoom, TH sessions use theta level hypnosis - a deeply relaxed brain state where positive change happens most easily. These sessions are designed to be focused and efficient as we work in shorter, concentrated periods that target your specific goals. This allows you to absorb and process the changes between our meetings, which is why most clients work with me through a series of sessions.

Before we begin, we'll have a brief conversation about what you're hoping to achieve. I work with you to help you reach very deep states of relaxation to perform theta level work. With each session, you're able to go deeper and experience more profound shifts.

The beauty of Transform Hypnosis is that it meets you exactly where you are to help you create the changes you're seeking in a way that feels natural and comfortable for you.

What can I expect in my Transform Hypnosis™ session?

Our 90 minutes will begin with a short conversation where I will identify what you‘d like to accomplish. I will then guide you into a relaxed trance state and proceed to work on what we spoke about. Sometimes other things come up and we will address them as needed. You will awaken from your session feeling refreshed and reformed!

What can I expect in my QHHT session?

Expect to spend the day with me. Sessions are at least four hours long, but because I don’t set a time limit, it takes as long as it takes. My priority is your healing.  The interview lasts for at least two hours. I want to know everything about you, from your childhood to the present, any physical conditions you experience, medication you use, and even about your relationships, pets, your job(s) and hobbies.

We then take a bathroom break and you’ll lie down. I’ll set up my recording equipment and attach a bluetooth mic to each of us and we’ll begin. I will ask you to imagine various things and you’ll explain to me what you’re seeing or feeling. I keep clients in trance for approximately two hours, give or take, depending on how things are going.

Some clients go into past lives, others see their current life, and some see energy in various forms. I have an arsenal of questions designed to help you understand what it is you’re seeing and why you’re seeing it. I will then connect with your oversoul, or higher self, and ask the questions you presented. I also ask for the origin of physical and emotional issues and ask for healing during this time. You may cut ties, release soul contracts, and speak to loved ones if you’d like. I’ve even had clients channel entities from past lives and other dimensions!

I will wrap up the session by counting you out of your trance state. We’ll debrief for as long as we need to.

I digitally record the session and provide you with a copy. Listening to the recording as many times and at the frequency directed during your session is very important. If you fail to listen to the recording, you’re losing an integral part of the session.

Why is the QHHT interview so long?

When I connect with your higher self or your oversoul, I want to be well armed so I can get as much information as possible for you. The more I learn from you during our interview, the more information I can retrieve from your oversoul. I also tap into my intuition to assist my client in expanding what they’re asking based on what I learn from them during the interview.

How do I prepare for my QHHT session?

Once you book your session, you’ll receive a link to retrieve your preparation instructions. It will be on the page that confirms your booking as well as your confirmation email. If you miss it, don’t worry, just reach out and I’ll send it to you.

Here’s the easy part—Eat, drink and take medications as you normally would. Do NOT drink alcohol or take mind altering substances at least 24 hour prior to our session. Dress comfortably and wear warm socks. It is best to be hypnotized in your bed if possible. Have a warm blanket to cover up with because your body will cool down as you enter the theta state during your session.  

Now here’s your homework—The preparation instructions ask you to come up with about 12 questions you would like answered during the session. If you have more questions, that is great, we’ll ask them all. If you have less than 12, don’t worry, I’ll help you come up with more during our interview so you can achieve as much healing as possible.

I’m not able to be hypnotized, how can it work for me?

Everyone is able to be hypnotized, but some personalities resist. Don’t worry, there is a process to get your mind into the state where you need to be.  No two people enter a state of hypnosis in the same way, but I will find the way that works best for you. 

If you’ve ever been driving on a long and boring trip and arrived at your destination not remembering how you got there, you were in a light state of hypnosis. Television hypnotizes us. You also enter the same state of hypnosis that is used in QHHT sessions, the Somnambulistic state, twice each day (right before you awaken and right before you fall asleep).

What does it feel like to be hypnotized?

You feel very relaxed and you’ll talk to me throughout the session. The key to successful hypnosis is to relax and allow yourself to have the experience, and not to try to control it. I will guide you, I am never controlling you. 

While you’re in trance, you feel safe and comfortable. If you hear noises, they won’t bother you. Your conscious mind may chatter in the background telling you, “This isn’t working,” but that is normal. Your conscious mind is trying to protect you because you’re experiencing something new and unfamiliar. You just have to go with it! Being hypnotized feels wonderful and relaxing.
